Chamber hosts Greater Manchester Property and Construction Sector update

In what has been a challenging year for the Greater Manchester’s Property Sector, local firms can find out about key future plans and development in the area at an event being organised by Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall on 3 November.

The Annual Development Overview, organised by the Chamber’s Building and Development Section will look at projects across Greater Manchester as well as identifying current and future industry trends.

This year’s briefing includes presentations from Ken Bishop from DTZ on property market trends and Jackie Potter, Chief Executive of Corridor Manchester on the regeneration of the area around the Oxford Road corridor. They are joined by Steven Clarke from Greater Manchester Integrated Transport Authority, GMITA who will brief firms on future transport plans for Greater Manchester, and Matt Crompton, Joint Managing Director of Muse Developments.

This year has been a challenging one for the sector, but the event, which the Chamber runs every year, is a must for anyone who is keen to find out about current and future trends in Greater Manchester’s building and development scene. This year’s line-up focuses on some of the areas most important upcoming developments and should lead to some lively debate and discussion.
